TRX with Moving Strength
These small group classes condition the entire body safely and effectively while continuously activating the core muscles to build strength, stability and balance. Conceived by U.S. Navy SEALS and developed by Fitness Anywhere, TRX Suspension Training is a revolutionary system of exercise that leverages your body weight to build strength, flexibility, balance and mobility, all at the intensity you choose. Both open-level and intermediate/advances classes are available.

Boot Camp with Cindy Lai Fitness
Build strength and endurance as well as improve flexibility and mobility with these bodyweight-focused sessions. These hour-long classes incorporate cardio circuit training, explosive plyometrics, calisthenics and core strengthening exercises for a total body workout. Classes are open to all levels, and modifications are given for beginners or those with injuries. Outdoor sessions take place seasonally.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer in New York, offering group fitness classes as well as personal training sessions. My goal is to help you look great and feel great. I believe fitness should be fun and challenging, but not intimidating. It's about discovery, and learning to connect with yourself and understanding your body. It's about finding out that you are stronger than you ever thought you were.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy weightlifting, regularly attending other group fitness classes and in general love trying new activities. I am also an avid runner and have completed marathons and obstacle course races. I look forward to helping you achieve your goals, too!
